We collect the minimum amount of data required to successfully execute your orders. This includes your mobile phone number (for SMS/Linq interaction), delivery address, and basic product preferences. We do NOT collect or store your payment card details.
Your data is exclusively used by the Orchestrator and Checkout Agents to autofill merchant forms during a drop. Conversation history with the Koppr SMS bot is temporarily stored in Supabase to maintain state during active drop windows, and is routinely purged.
Your shipping information is shared strictly with the merchant fulfilling the order (e.g., Campus, Minimalist). Payment execution is handled directly by Prava and Visa. We do not sell your data to marketers, advertisers, or third-party data brokers.
You maintain full sovereignty over your data. You can text "DELETE MY DATA" to the Koppr agent at any time to instantly trigger a complete wipe of your Supabase profile and active watchlists.
